NOTE:  PREVIOUS IC2410.3 FILE WILL NOT WORK AS WRITTEN.
THIS FILE REPLACES THE OLD FILE AND WAS RECD FROM ICOM
VIA N0ARY.

Your file IC2410.3 has a bug. It will not work as written. Here is
a replacement that I have tested and received directly from ICOM.

REMOTE CROSS-BAND ACTIVATION
To activate the cross-band repeat from a remote transceiver you
must first gain control of the 2410. This is described in the
manual. Remember that "REMOTE" needs to be displayed on your  
2410 and that your control channel must be on the sub band. 
To activate remote operation you enter the following sequence
from your handheld. 
 
   "B" optional 3 digit code "#" 
   
If you have the optional speech module installed you can have the
2410 read back it's current main band frequency. 
 
   "D" "C"
   
You can change the main band frequency by following the directions 
in the manual.    
 
   "D" "B" "*"      turns on cross band operation
   "D" "B" "#"      turns it off
   
Then to disable remote access:
 
   "B" "*"
   
Note: I have tried these and they work. The information came from
the ICOM tech support in Washington. I found them to be very
helpful.
