Presently, registration, on this bbs, is not required to upload and download
files. However, this policy may change; therefore, I strongly suggest that
you file out my questionnaire. The questionnaire option can be found in the
main menu: Q(uestionnaire). 
 
If and when the policy changes, non registered users will loose their 
download privilege along with the capability of entering messages.
