Hello potential XBBS Sysop,

This version of XBBS (7.9.5u) is a version of Sandy's BBS that has been 
enhanced to be more compatible with UNIX System V.  I have squashed quite
a few bugs that were present under System V/386 UNIX.  I have also added
several new enhancements to the BBS, some of the changes are as follows:

	1)  Added ability to use Vnews as a reader in USENET.

	2)  Modified code to use terminals that are part of SysV terminfo.

	3)  Vastly improved the Makefile for the BBS.  The makefile can
            now make OS selection and take you through the actual install.

	4)  Removed Xenix binaries from the source archives (useless).

	5)  Enhanced xbbsgen so it dosen't require the full pathname
	    everytime you give it the name of a utility to use.

	6)  Added seperate UP/DOWNload selection of Kermit or 
            SuperKermit, as CKermit 5A and MS-Kermit 3.x now 
            support extended legenth packets and windows.

	7)  System will now correctly log activity at 38.4Kbps.  Now
            that many modems run this fast it was a needed addition.

The Zmodem (RZ/SZ), Kermit, SuperKermit, & UnZip programs are not included
with this software, but are avalible from my BBS and many other sources.
