My wifes 405 stumbles at low idle (5-600 rpms) and the "check engine"
lite is lit. This is mostly upon a cold start. Once it warms I believe
the lite goes out. I drove it yesterday and noticed that the idle is
very low even when warm, when at a stop the engine is 5-600 rpms and
transmits vibration through the steering column. I would like to obey
the lite and check the engine, but lite does not say where to check.
afm? electrical connection? not too long ago I removed and the idle valve
and sprayed some carb cleaner in to it with out much results.
