Just yesterday, my 89 MI16 suddenly stalled at a traffic light. I tried to restart immediately and appeared to 'flood' the engine. After a 3 minute wait, it restarted. Today, I drove for 30 minutes and stopped to by supplies. The car would not start again. This time, it took 15 minutes. When trying to restart, the car just turned over with no fires. Then after giving up for 10 minutes and looking for alternative transportation, it started. I drove off and was crusing at 80km/hr when the car just died. After half an hour, the car still would not start, so I arranged for a tow to my mechanic. He called me later to say that they could find nothing wrong!
Any ideas?
