Wouldn't you know, since I'm leaving today at 1:00 to drive my car 3 hrs.
for service in Spartanburg, SC, I found a gas leak this morning. I
(supposedly) had ALL the lines replaced 3 months ago....obviously the local
Euro repair missed this one!!
I called the shop that replaced the lines but they can't get me in today.
Seems a Rolls with $4000 of work is taking precedent over my mere Pug.
Any quick fixes you guys can come up with, if I can't find someone who can
replace the 5/16 injection line this morning? The leak is at the top (right
where it can conveniently spray right over the top of the manifold) in the
middle of the line, not at the clamp.
I won't drive it to Spartanburg unfixed and chance an engine fire.
