You're correct on the timing belt, water pump, etc., but I've never heard
of anyone replacing the fuel pump. None of mine ever needed it in about
600,000 combined miles. Presuming you're brakes are working well, I'd
check the rear suspension. Rock the car up & down as much as you can and
make sure the suspension is doing the work, not the tires. If the
sidewall of the rear tire flexes a lot, you need some rear-end work,
bushings, etc. (probably a couple hundred bucks).
