'91 MI16 - Electrical - Lighting

Greetings all!
I could peruse the electrical manual but you know what they say -
"When all else fails read the instructions" and I am not there
yet :o) .
On the way home tonight my wife said that on two occasions, in
relatively the same timeframe, all the lights (dash and headlights)
momentarily flashed off. My question "Is this a 405 thing?". Is
something on its way out? Hopefully it was just one of those things
but I thought that someone on here might give me a heads up if I am
looking at a nagging problem. It is not a great time of year to
develop this kind of problem as 90% of our driving is now done in the
