    Tool will cost as much as what you will pay someone to do the
    complete timing belt job. It is not absolutely required but
    recommended. I did it without and you have to trust your hand skill.
    First time it was little too tight it was making whining noise,
    second time it was little too loose so the belt was slapping the
    side belt cover. Third time, I think I got it just right and car
    runs fine for 7K miles so far. But if you have no exprience with it
    I recommend the proper Peugeot shop with the tool.
