I've been delaying bringing in my 405 to have the temp flap switched to its
summer position. But, now its time and I'm not sure when I can get there.

Can anyone give me clear instructions on how to move the "flap" into its "no
    heat" position?

I have a broken temp control that I've been switching each summer/winter
season. Now its in the "winter position". If I change the control on the
dashboard to cold, it just 'clicks' every 5 seconds. I know I have to reach up
behind the right side of the dashboard from below, but I don't know what I'm
    'looking' for.

    Help... its hot.
