Lance, this 406 belongs to a friend of mine. It is legally titled in
Florida. 3 years of a lot of effort and expense. I was even surprised
at the regulations or lack of them in
the state of Florida. You can find his Citroen XM on ebay as well.
It's being sold by the dealer (Canada)from which he purchased it from
since he has aquired a second XM from him.
You can contact me off the list if you want more information
regarding the 406.
