Ok I am wondering If I am being a bit cheap here.
I found a 86 505 sedan that is running, everything seems to work. Has a
manual trans and about 150k miles, on a 2.0 L FI gas engine..
THE problem!!
the front end ( tie rods , ball joints , lower bushings ) are so bad ..
with the car up on a jack you can pull the tire in and out about and inch.
Also there is no documentation on the cars history, meaning what other
repairs have been done.
I feel the owner is a bit ambitious wanting $1,500. for the car..
Opinions??
I feel the car is worth maybe $500.

PS. I really dont need another 505. I just am tired of seeing people
wanting to much for them; then finding them 2 months later in the local
junkyard. Id like to "save" this car.
