I want to get my 1991 505 SW8 with ZDJL and 4HP22 in top shape. I'd
like to know what should be done to do this. Here is a partial list
of items I'd like to do - please tell me what i should add to it:
    1) New plugs, magnecor HT wires, dist cap and rotor.

    2) New 02 Sensor

    3) Valve adjustment
    - I Have a procedure from the haynes manual as well as from Pierre.
Since the valve cover will be off, should i get a new Peugeot gasket
or will good RTV work? Any recommendations for a brand of RTV? Any
    tips on the valve adjustment?

    4) Timing
-How is this done on the ZDJL? should i purchase a timing light? Do i
need one with an Advance checker?

    5) Engine Internals Cleaning with chemicals
-BG Chemcials 44k was recommended on the board a while ago - I went
on to BG's website and there is a lot of interesting chemicals on it.
Does anyone have experiance with them? Are they worth it? Or - any
good chemcials that can be purchased at AutoZone?

    6) Degreasing

    7) ATF change, Oil Change, PS fluid Change.
-What's the best way to remove the old PS fluid from the pump, hoses
and steering rack? What fluid should be put into the 91 ZDJL pump?

Any advice would be of great assistance.
    Thanks,
    Aaron
