    Advancing the timimg on the zdjl engine by about 3-4 degrees makes those
    engines perform far better than zdjls set to the factory specs. I found
    this out after following advice of Mr. Frank Bowman (MA) and tweaking
    the timing on my 88 sw8 by a bit. result is a much more peppy wagon --
    and that wagon can certainly do with a pittle more pep... beter gas
    mileage too.
