Peugeot 91 505 ZDJL PCV valve cleaning

    I pulled the valve cover of my ZDJL parts car today. I want to clean
    the PCV valve on it, then install it into my car. From the looks of
    it, the valve cover has "two walls" in the "roof" and the PCV is
    unreachable.
    - How is it cleaned? I've heard that the dome on the exterior of the
    valve cover should be cut off and re-welded on?
    - In the auto parts stores, you can get PCV valves for V8 engines....
    if i slice off the "dome" on the ZDJL valve cover can i just install
    one of these?
