    A point I may have mentioned B4:-

I was amazed to discover how much difference there can be between 2 different
tyre brands with the same nominal size, i.e. not all 205/65 x 15" tyres are
actually the same size! Makes a mockery of the industry standard IMO and is
worth bearing in mind when dealing with such tight clearances as with the 505
front geometry. I have a tyre booklet actually listing the true rolling
radius numbers and a snapshot says that Pirelli, Goodyear & Yoko seem to be
"smaller" than Continental or Fulda (say), Michelin somewhere in the middle.

So there's another act of faith required before buying! Find a shop that'll
let you try one round their yard first.

I have used Uniroyal 205/65's successfully on an ABS front suspension sedan.
I have near new a Vredestien 205/70 x 15 tyre on a rim which will not fit
(hits strut spring cup). Personally I think 205/60 suits the (V6) car best.
