She is purring. The question I have before I embark on the
project: What is a good way to check the condition of the head gasket?
I have good feelings, but before I embark on my campaign, I would like
to have some reassurance that I am doing the right thing. Is there some
sort of leak down test or something?
I have strong feelings that the dinky spring in the turbo that has
been around the block. Is the turbo gauge supposed to go more than
halfway? I remember seeing something in the book about hooking up a
gauge, so I will pursue it tomorrow.
