    There are rebuild kits. But you should g0o new. Water ends up collecting in
    the botom of the slave
    and rusts, often so much destruction occurs to the cylinder that it will not
    hone successfully.
    A new one from Peugeot is probably the best but there are aftermarket slaves
    and masters
    available at probably half the cost that will last a reasonable amount of
    time especially if
    you cahnge the brake fluid every 2 years as the factory recommends.
    Bleeding is easy I have tried the official : open the nipple on the slave,
    depress the pedal and
    close the bleeder repeatedly to no avail.
    I have great success filling an oil can with brake fluid attaching a small
    hose between it and the
    nipple, opening the bleeder and pumping until the bubbles stop coming up
    in the resevoir.
