    I'll toss out some thoughts on what little remains to check. I don't
    know the N9TE, so this should apply to either K-jet or L-jet:

    * fuel pressure regulator (pressure to high)
    * cold start injector leaking? (K-Jet)
    * fuel distributor plunger sticking (K-Jet)
    * leaky fuel injectors? (if you are planning to change them anyway, do it
    now?)
    * Coolant temperature sensor (L-Jet)/thermal time switch(K-Jet)?

    Hope this helps some.

    - Charlie (XN6, K-Jet)
