505 Rim & Tire upsize

Here's an excerpt from 1999 when I ordered the one Revolution wheel.
Those of you contemplating new biggers wheels etc. might wish to review
this. These numbers were confirmed as OK and I have that wheel if someone
would like to borrow it.

The stock wheel is a 6" wide / 25mm offset using a 205/60-15 tire. That
tire just clears the strut.
If I go to a 16X7 wheel with a 225/50-16, the section width increases from
8.2 to 9.1" so I need (safely) 12mm more offset to assure the tire clears
the strut.
If all that is correct, I need a 16 X 7 wheel with 13mm offset
