1987 505 turbo Swoooosh?

Hi all,

I noticed a funny sound coming off the turbo today. A kind of swoosh
sound, like running the car without the air filter. It seems to increase
with the rpms.

I have also noticed that the car isn't really running that great, kind
of "on and off" depending on the day/temparature.
