Peugeot 91 505 Wagon Clunking

    My 91 505 SW8 ZDJL/4hp22 wagon "clunks" when coming to a full stop,
    and sometimes accelerating, but that's rare. It's intermittant,
    sometimes it doesn't do it at all, other times its soft, other times
    really hard. Could this be the U-joint? Engine mounts?
