The later 505 V6 and turbo models have different front suspension setup
(possibly only those with ABS, but could be all V6 and turbo models) and
take the longer tierod but the other 'lesser' variants still have the normal
suspension with the shorter tierod.
The inner ball is integral with the tie rod, it is pressed on. We did remove
one, the tie rod is pressed on to the shaft of the ball joint, and once you
remove them they are stuffed.
