I think most of the NYC cabs were sold by John Stout in Phila. Some
were sold to private owners as well. I think the ICC in Williston,
VT sold at least one.
There was also a fleet of about 25 81/82 604 TD limo's in
NYC. They were dark blue TDs with blue houndstooth velour
interiors. I have six of their carcasses in my yard.
