I know of two men that used to drive Peugeot Taxis in Montreal. One has become a collector of Peugeots and has a nice collection of 504s and 505s that he uses as showcars, wins prizes with the 72 504. The elder gentleman still owns his 81 505 that he used as a taxi. It had its first engine rebuild at 1.3 million kms, was rearended a year ago, he then had a complete rear clip installed that came from a rustfree car I had here. The last time I saw the car, it had more than 1.5 million kms on it. Only used for pleasure now.
