n9te wagon won't start

I haven't checked out things entirely yet. I seem to be getting power to the fuel pumps but I haven't yet checked if they are pumping. One thing I have noticed is that on the place where the injection relay plugs in, I am getting power from the big wire in front but not to the plug nearest the fender on the driver's side when the key is on. Does anyone remember where this does. Rulon
