Chuck, that is a "duct," but you have it close enough for identification by
anybody that has one or can tell you where to find one commercially.
Although! It can sound a lot like a "duck," when it is broken.
Unfortunately, I know that sound from experience. In my case there was so
much else wrong with the vehicle that I turned it into a parts storage car.
If that is all that's wrong, replacing it will put you back in happyland!
