    Donıt know if the N9TE has one, but the XN6 has a supplementary air device,
    mounted on top/rear of the engine valve cover, with an air hose in and one
    out, & an electrical connection. Itıs failure to open produced similar
    symptoms. I diagnosed mine by removing the hoses and taping them together.
