Go to webmycar.com . Last time I looked, 604s ranged anywhere from 600 euros to 18K euros. The one at 18K was a Heuliez limo.

I am in the process of insuring my 1982 Peugeot 604 turbo diesel. my
insurance company wanted to know what the replacement value might be
on the car. I thought this group might be a good place to start to
find this out.
The details of the car are as follows: Model Year: 1982. Type: 604 2.3
liter turbo diesel, 5 speed manual. Miles: 118,000. Color: Delft Blue
over dark blue leather. Condition: Exceptional -- no mechanical or
cosmetic flaws of any kind. Emissions status: 50 state US emission
certified as stamped by Peugeot on forward engine compartment bulkhead.
I will try to post a photograph of the car into the "Photos" file of
