Gates and Goodyear and the other hose guys make a lot of aftermarket stuff
they have catalogues with pictures ...maybe even online
measure your internal diameter, probably 16 mm or 5/8" same thing
Most likely you will find something at the local auto parts store
you may well have to join a couple together
If you can get metal hose splicers
I have found the plastic especially the grey ones are not up to the high temperature

Subject: heater hose for 604
Hi,
The hose that goes from the head to the heater control valve in my
1984 604 TD split close to the place where it connects to the head. I
was simply going to splice in a new piece of hose, but upon inspection
the length of hose in the engine bay has many surface cracks. I
contacted Brian Holm, but he doesnt have the hose. There are some
bends and curli Q's in the hose, otherwise, I would have already
replaced it with regular hose. Anyone have this part or have any
thoughts?
