You could try West End Peugeot if you're looking for Peugeot service.
Luciano is right at that borderline - some swear by him, others don't.
I've only bought parts from him and never needed his service but a
co-worker was quite happy with the work he did on her 505 STI. He's
located, as the name implies, in the east end of TO, almost in
Mississauga. In no way am I endorsing his garage - just making a
suggestion. If you're handy you could install an inline water heater.
I'm not familiar with the 405 so can't comment on the real estate under
the hood. Room permitting, you could get a unit from Canadian Tire.
I've got one in my MB and it works fine but a real block heater is
better.
