Paul,

Good luck with your project car. I particularly appreciate your respect for
what us Yanks and Kanucks have to put up with to keep our silly cars going. It
often seems that Peugeot is doing everything it can to see to it they all go for
scrap a.s.a.p.

I guess the reason I drive a Peugeot can be explained mostly by the fact that I
am just weird! I like being different. I prefer Macintoshes to Windows PCs and
I still run two Beta VCRs at home. (I only recently replaced my BetaMovie
camcorder with 8 mm.) And he drives a Peugeot. All the folks in the
neighborhood and at work think I'm nuts. Oh wel...

Not sure I'd recommend lowering one of these things. Doing so would probably
mean stiffer springs and then it might ride like my Turbo station wagon. In
other words, like a truck! I would gladly give up whatever handling advantage
the factory gave me in exchange for the traditional Peugeot ride. I'm not
kidding. Mine is like a one ton truck without a load. Were it not for the
comfy seats I could not drive it and we have pretty good roads here in Texas.

Thanks again and take care.
