Could you publish some instructions on how to post a message, how to reply to
the list, reply to an individual by mail, subscribe, unsubscribe, etc.? I have
no idea what I am doing. I tried posting a bunch of notices. One looked like
it got on the list but it was full or command and error messages. The others
came back to me marked undeliverable. What's the deal?
Also, when there's a big block of jibberish at the end of somebody's message,
what is it? What am i supposed to do with it?
