Yes, I would think that in Russia or the Baltic States, a
well-maintained '89 405 will sell for anything from $6000 to $11000
depending on the model. US made used Jeeps are also very expensive --
have no idea why. In the same time, many Japanese cars are very cheap
and lose value faster than they do in the United States.
