Justin,
when you try to start the car listen for the fuel pumps running. When
cranking they should run. have someone crank the engine while you listen.
If
you do not hear them check fuse 6 in the fuse box. then you can by pass the
fuel pump by unplugging the tachymetric relay under the finish panel on the
steering columm. It is a black relay with a blue base where the connector
hooks. Unplug and jump with a switched jumper to wire 20B ( + battery) pin

and wire 76 , this should run the pumps. Car should start if this the
problem. Check all the wires to the main pump to make sure they have not
rotted off. If you have to get deeper I can sell you a factory Training
manual on CIS injection for $10.00 covering checks and set up.
