Just a question for those who own '91 Mi16's in the United States.
I'm thinking of buying a 91 Mi16 from the US (I live in Canada) and the
only ones that are eligible for importation are those with regular seat
belts (the motorized belt cars are not allowed in at all).

Does anyone have an idea as to the ratio of 91's with either seat belt
system?

Perhaps 91 owners could drop me a note saying what there's is, that way
as to give me an idea.
