Are you referring to the switches in the door and center panels? They pry
right out using a small eyeglass screwdriver. The switch can then be
unplugged from its connector. Pry gingerly and slowly work them out from
side to side. Since the switches are usually mounted side by side, you
can stick a finger into the hole left by a removed switch to push the
other switch out from underneath. Replacement switches can be purchased
OEM or used. I don't know what they cost OEM. I have not had a switch
completely stop working, although the driver's switch would fail from
time to time. I swapped it with a passenger switch, which gets much less
use.
