Peugeots breaking down and needing a tow truck a myth?

* This summer, 405DL breaks down and needs tow truck. RPM senor and coil need
replacing.

* Before that, Mi16 needs the hook. Dealer washes engines for the sale,
engine slowly dies.

* Before that, have 405 DL for one day from (used) car dealer, engine quits
as I demonstate to the new wife the new Peugeot I just bought (to replace the
505 that started only when it was in the mood to start, left her freezing at
DISNEYLAND for 3 hours that winter). On the hook. Need engine computer
componant; $1000.

* Above 505 starts when it feels like it, goes through starter after starter,
one day still will not start at all anyway. Call the tow truck. It needs a
new starter.

* Before this, with the 504, I could not afford a tow truck. When the
alternator quit, when the hydraulic cltutch fell out, I found inventive ways
to get it off the road.
