When I'm not mistaken, yours has a Solex carb, right? Try to find out if
anybody has messed with it, with a drill or screwdriver or something like
that, to "TUNE" it (Yeah right). On my brothers GT (1905cc solex double
carb) the previous owner did this which made my brother buy a new Weber
carburater for his GT. One advantage, he now has 5 HP more than the normal GT.
