Bob,
Forgive my national parochialism. I just realized that this whole
headlight thing may not apply to your part of North America yet. While
the American Feds may have helped us out in this case, I'm sure you're
not eager to see American bureaucracy running amok in Canada!!!
Hopefully their Canadian counterparts will react soon and do the same
for you.
