Thanks for that most important part. I wasn't sure where turbo boost
kicked in. I would have thought much higher. So you believe I should
leave the turbo on, then, I guess. I felt at 1800 rpm I might be better
off with a non-turbo engine.
As far as heat exchangers go, I understand the greatest heat is right at
the exhaust manifold, but I doubt there is a marine-style manifold for
it. That being true, then I guess I have to make an in-line muffler
style heat exchanger just "aft" of the manifold.
Again, thanks for the info, it makes me feel surer of what I want to
do. Hope to tackle it this summer.
