I drive a 1989 405 Mi16. It has done 190,000 km (120,000 miles) so
it is getting old. I have done a few modifications and I am looking at
doing a few more. I have a lot of the standard problems (noisy power
steering etc) but my main problem is the gearbox, despite having first and
second gears and syncromeshes replaced it still crunches.
