Hi Steve;
Thank you very much for all the advise and stuff. I really don't know
what is broken and what is not. I am clueless.

This shifting tragedy began AFTER my mechanic replaced
both master and slave cylinder. The reservoir is full. It is not low on
break/transmission fluid. I also always carry lifetime supply of break fluid
with me (which works with that stupid clutch). The clutch shifts as the
reservoir were empty (it is full).
I am taking the car back to the garage tomorrow -- I think my mechanic
screwed something up when installing replacing the cylinders. Breaks
work fine
I wasn't working on my Peugeot page because I did not have any time and
because I was trying hard not to become a Peugeot-hater. I didn't
because although I realize that my car is slowly falling apart, I also
realize that this is an old car and I must be reasonable with my
expectations. I am going to the UK this week (leaving Thursday) and I will
test drive a 306 and I will get all sorts of Peugeot goodies for myself.
Justin -- can you resend me the URL for your page, please? I will change the
links to it today. Sorry, I just didn't have time.
Thanks.
