Hi everyone,

for Radu,

I wanted to suggest a few things that might help.
- Checking your timing.
- I was also wondering if you ever found wires, cap, rotor
etc. for your car.
- Have you ever changed your oxygen sensor? There is a wire
that you can tap into with a voltmeter that will give a reading
indicating if your mixture is OK. If you need specifics (do you have a
voltmeter?) I can provide them for you if you need them.

By the way, my 86' is intercooled N9TE, yours should be too.

For the N9TE:
- gap .9mm or .036"
- Bosch ref # for plugs WR7DS
- timing 10 deg TDC
- idle @ 910 rpm

I have the factory manual for this engine, and the troubleshooting
section is very complete (it's huge!). If you give me all the
symptoms, I might be able to find out where to point you to. I can
also fax stuff to if you need it.

Hope all goes well,

Take care

Rabin James
