When you say "upper rear corner" do you mean roughly where the outside
door handles are located?

If the area that needs lubrication faces the inside of the car wouldn't
you have to spray it from somewhere other than the outside door handle?
(Or do you do it by lifting up the outside door handle and then
spraying?) Is it possible to get at by spraying from where the window
goes inside the door as well as the door lock in the side of the door as
you mentioned.
Also, would WD-40 count as a good spay lubricant?
