Tomorrow begins my effort to troubleshoot my '86 505 Turbo back to life.
("Looking for spark in all the wrong places.....")
As I smell gas and hear the pump, can I use my multimeter to check out
continuity in the ignition wires? Is there a way to test the magnetic pickup?
These are original wires (75Kmi) with one jury rigged by a previous mechanic,
so they're suspect in my mind. Of course, they're also "special", as is the
distributor cap. What should I expect to pay?
