How about this bunch of truisms substituted for a clear answer to Justin's
question!
Of course "the competition is fierce", of course the U.S. has "specific
rules concerning pollution", this is the case almost all over the world,
nothing new here!
This is the whole point Mr. Mathis, bite the bullet and do a better job than
last time!
