In so far as key tumblers and door lock mechanisms are concerned : get
it free and working with something like WD40, copious quantities will
flush out dirt and what ever scuz has accumulated . Then lubricate with
something like graphite spray in tumblers and Triflow or white lithium
in the locking mechanisms.
I have an 84 505 that was rust proofed up into the lock mechanisms I had
to resort to solvent out of a sprayer to flush the crud out before the
PDL's would work.
Don't hesitate to WD.
