I know of three cases of car companies testing cars that they have no plans
to bring to the USA in the USA. Rover is testing 3 of the new MGF's in
the USA with hoods that are sealed shut! (well, not really hoods, their
mid-engined cars) Vauxhall is testing several of their cars in the USA.
Of course their Euro-GM so thats no big deal. Rover is also testing some
of their sedans here. From what I hear BMW and Rover have no plans to
bring Rover over. Companies just like Arizona.
