hmmm,

Well I am currently running a "foam" filter that I purchased at NAPA (I
was amazed that they had it) The filter has a more porous layer followed
by a finer layer. A friend who is an AMSOIL fan gave me some AMSOIL for
the filter. He said that I need to pour the Amsoil on the filter and work
it in. The oil is what helps trap the dirt according to AMSOIL, and K&N.
I have yet to put oil on my filter. Anyone have opinions on this?
